Culture Co-op

This boutique research group was founded in 2012 by Melissa Lavigne-Delville, a leading trends and generations expert whose work has been featured on the Today Show and in the New York Times, Fast Company, and TIME. Prior to Culture Co-op, Melissa was a vice president at NBCUniversal, where she launched The Curve, a bi-yearly book about consumer culture and social shifts.

Culture Co-op investigates the biggest trends impacting Gen Zs and Millennials. They produce Humanly, an annual insights publication that distills their research into young people’s lives today, and provides a filter for where culture is headed next.

I have been consulting for Lavigne-Delville since her time at NBCUniversal, and have edited all five issues of Humanly.
